The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is a show Marvel released on March nineteenth, 2021. It takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame, following Sam Wilson’s (The Falcon), and Bucky Barnes (former Winter Soldier) lives after Endgame.

After Steve Rogers death, Falcon gave up the Captain America shield to a museum, under the impression that it will stay there to honor the legacy Captain America. The government then takes the shield, and gives it to a military man named John Walker, declaring him the new Captain America.

Bucky Barnes is still trying to deal with his past as a brainwashed assassin known as the Winter Soldier. He has been pardoned by the U.S. government, and he can no longer be controlled by HYDRA, but the memories of the horrible things he was forced to do are still there. He is undergoing therapy and putting HYDRA agents in jail. Upon discovering that there is a new Captain America, he is very angry with Sam.

I personally believe that the show was a smashing success, it had incredible acting by Anthony Mackie and Sebastain Stan, great CGI, and an AMAZING storyline about Bucky and Sam becoming friends, and Sam becoming the new Captain America. I would recommend it to all Marvel fans out there. The show didn’t drag on too long, and stayed interesting, with lots of plot twists. The episodes ended with you wanting more, and wanting the next to come sooner. All in all, I really enjoyed watching Falcon and the Winter Soldier and you should totally watch it if you haven’t.
