Rugby Club

Lilly Macias, Editor-in-Chief

Rugby Club is a club run by Mr. Hendry. They meet after school on Thursdays in Mr. Hendry’s room at 2:30 and it goes till 3:0. This club is open to anyone that is ready to play. All you do is show up after school.

As of right now this is the only league is Douglas County.  The Rugby club here at Fremont is flag rugby. Which means that they don’t tackle and just grab a flag tied to the back of players. They do this to prevent injury.

The reason Mr. Hendry started this club is because he has a passion for his sport and he wants to share it with others. So come after school and get your rugby on!
