Chloe Garcia is an 8th-grade middle school student. She is a contributor for the General Outlook Newspaper and loves writing and completing various projects. Out of all of her different interests, her favorites are crafting and drawing. Chloe loves being creative and using her talents to make cards and gifts for family and friends.
