Breakfast can be a bit boring sometimes, so here are some fun breakfast ideas.
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
2 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of butter
¼ cup of milk
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
8 slices of your choice of bread
½ cup of maple syrup
Step 1. With a cooking bowl, mix the sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Step 2. In a skillet, melt the butter and mix in the rest of the ingredients except for the bread and syrup.
Step 3. Coat the bread with your mixture and fry until “golden brown.” Enjoy with syrup.
Tropic Oatmeal Smoothie
½ cup of old fashioned rolled oats
1 peeled banana cut into 4 pieces
1 ½ cups of coconut milk
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
½ of vanilla extract
¾ cup of frozen mango chunks
¾ cup of frozen pineapple chunks
2 ice cubes
Step 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2. Serve when ready
